Delivery and Returns
We offer 1st or 2nd class postage with all orders via royal mail. Your order will be dispatched the same working day if placed before 4pm, any orders later will be dispatched the next working day.
Overseas shipping will be dispatched the next working day and may take longer to arrive depending on the option selected. Full tracking will be provided on dispatch. Please be aware depending on your country and the parcel size import tax / duty may need to be paid for the parcel to enter your country. This is not included in the postage charge and will be the buyers responsibility to check and if needed pay for.
When placing your order please read product descriptions as size can vary between the brands and items. If you wish to return your item to exchange then we will accept returns up to 14 days from when you purchased the item. The return postage is at the buyers cost. We only exchange items which are unworn and in the original packaging with the tags still attached. No refunds will be given.
We check all our products to ensure they are the highest quality before dispatching. If you believe there to be a fault with your product then please inform us within 24 hours of receiving. The item must be unworn and we will require photographs of the fault. We will then look at the individual case and find a solution. If the item is a manufacturer fault then an exchange or full refund will be offered. The item must also be returned within 30 days.
